General Policy At Woow Travel, we aim to provide a flexible booking experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our travel services.

Cancellation by the Customer

  • More than 24 hours notice: Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service start time to receive a 100% refund of the total amount paid.

  • Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the service start time, or “no-shows,” are non-refundable.

How to Cancel To cancel a booking, please contact our support team at [Your Email/Phone] or use the “Cancel Booking” feature in your user dashboard. The timestamp of your request will determine eligibility for a refund.

Refund Processing

  • Method: All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction (e.g., the same card used for the Pashabank transaction).

  • Timeline: Once approved, refunds are initiated immediately. However, it may take 7 to 14 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Cancellations by Woow Travel In rare cases (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns, or force majeure), Woow Travel may need to cancel a service. In such events, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full 100% refund.
